This rental property was in dire need of a front yard refresh. Contractors removed old plantings and a brick wall covered with ivy. Mulch was raked off to the side to be reused after planting. Cardboard for weed suppression was laid on site. Deer tolerant plants were chosen and installed, along with drip irrigation, and netting to protect the Western Redbud.
